Eat your way to better health

We use the strategies whole food nutrition, macro tracking, carb cycling, and intermittent fasting. Each of these is beneficial on its own, but together they act synergistically to help you burn fat while building lean muscle. Ninety percent of program results come from our excellent, science-based nutrition plan.

Rev up your metabolism

We prioritize nutrition and rest, but don’t neglect our fitness. We strategically participate in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts and strength training workouts. We work out five days per week for about 35 minutes each time. We have Home, Gym, and Low Impact/Beginner versions of our online fitness program.

Live the life of your dreams

Establishing good habits sounds boring, but I believe this is the best way to get the life of your dreams. To paraphrase BJ Fogg, Stanford researcher and author of Tiny Habits, there are only three ways to change behavior – have an epiphany, change your environment, and change your habits. Perhaps the FASTer Way will lead you to an epiphany, but let’s hedge our bets by modifying our environment and building healthy habits that last.
