I signed up for the FWTFL with Tracy after seeing her success with the program. I had never heard of the program, but I desperately wanted to feel more comfortable in my own skin. The results of the program have exceeded anything that I could have imagined. I feel energetic and confident. The pounds and inches lost (8 inches from my waist and 9 inches from my rear end) are amazing too. The photo shows about 6 months of weight loss and 5 months of maintenance. I turned 50 in December and cannot remember ever feeling better than I do now. The workouts are my favorite part of the program. I love the combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training. Formerly, I focused on jogging. I thought that if I wasn’t doing cardio, I wasn’t getting a good workout. I had tried strength training, but I found it boring. Doing the home workouts from the FWTFL portal has been really fun. I rarely miss a workout. The workouts are normally 30-40 minutes, so I am able to do them when I get home from work. It is amazing to realize how much strength I have gained. During my new client round, I disliked the HIIT workouts because they were so tough. Now they are my favorite workout – they are still tough, but I realize how much my core strength has increased. I have been focused on maintaining my progress for the past 5 months. I continue to do the intermittent fasting and low carb days. I have gotten a bit more relaxed about tracking my macros. I now have a better sense for what fuel my body needs. I know how good I feel when I am eating the right foods. I am very thankful for the transformation to my body and for being on path to enjoy good health in the future.
